Wierd Wierd Problem

When I Goto My Site http://pisj.pcriot.com I get Microsoft IIS "UNDER CONSTRUCTION" Page See The Screenshot Even When i Connect To the FTP Server I get

Status: Connected with ftp.pisj.pcriot.com. Waiting for welcome message...
Response: 220 Microsoft FTP Service
Command: USER pisj
Response: 331 Password required for pisj.
Command: PASS *********************
Response: 530 User pisj cannot log in.
Error: Unable to connect!

somethings wrong with theplanet ?
