Wiki successful installation but error on page

I have a new wiki installed but I'm getting a blank page instead after a successful installation. The same problem is occurring in my moodle with this error message:

"Warning: posix_times() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/edunile/public_html/e/lib/setuplib.php on line 30"

Any clue for the reason of both problems??
