Dear x10hosting.

I currently have the free hosting service, but I am experiencing unstable hosting connection where sites often time out or cannot be accessed.
My users are experiencing this aswell, no more then ~20 people use the site at the same time.

Will premium hosting fix this?

If you are considering the premium hosting then it is the best. The premium hosting comes with less accounts per server and premium support. And also less restricted in case of resources and functionalities.

Once you paid for premium hosting then you account will be moved to premium servers by the staff.

Just to touch on that, the only downtime paid has had in the last year (on Artic at least, personal experience) was a recent outage during a cpanel/apache upgrade which lasted around 10 minutes.

10 minutes in a year plus isn't bad



EDIT: And one more clarification too, this is of course only server outages. Errors you cause that make wordpress have a heart attack until you restore a backup doesn't count (and accounts for the other 40 or so minutes of my own downtime >_<)
