Hmm, your cms is not displaying any <body> tags, this may be due to an disabled php function; I'vw never used PHP Nuke before so I'm not completely sure, but try debuging 'global' scripts by removing various '@'s until you discover what is causing this problem to occur.

Also, check that you are currently using the 'Intermediate' version of PHP, if you were before, the server change may have effected your configuration. You can check by visiting http://x10hosting.com/account.

the strange thing is that i cannot access my cPanel (no login page) either and i cant get it to work from any other location either.

This could have been caused by the DNS issues. If you are still not able to access it please re-open this.
