Won't let me log in HELP!

I reset my password and it wont let me log into my hosting account. I can log into the forums fine but i cant get to sign in the hosting site. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It seems like there is no hosting account linked to your forum account. What is your cPanel username?

You are not able to sign in to http://x10hosting.com/panel.php because you do not have a hosting account linked to your forum account.

Because you insist that your cPanel username is "modzillaadmin," which is not possible, there is no way that we can find out what happened to your old hosting account.

The only thing I can recommend is to sign up for a new account. Remember to make sure that your hosting and forum accounts are properly linked during sign-up.

nooooo your missunderstanding me. My x10hosting name is modzillaadmin to sign in. Then, my cPanel username is modzila. It wont let me sign into the x10hosting to get to cPanel

I have been asking for your cPanel username all this time, and you insisted that your cPanel username was modzillaadmin. The cPanel username "modzila" is not a valid hosting account, which means your account was terminated. That happened most likely because you didn't sign in to the forums and got suspended for inactivity, then didn't unsuspend yourself for ten days and got terminated.

Again, my recurring advice is to sign up for a new account.

i'm just saying i made the account yesterday so thats impossible but whatever ill make a new one

Then it's likely that your account registration process did not complete properly. Remember to finish all ten steps of the sign-up process and verify your email address within 24 hours.
