Won't let me publish

I was trying to update my site, and it wouldn't let me publish it. And publishing this is a MUCH needed thing. I haven't updated since June 22. Sorry to disturb you and all, but I really need help. Thanks

Can you describe your issue in slightly more detail? How are you trying to "publish" / update your site?
