Wordpress Customize (php) blank page

So my problem is very specific, for whatever reason only the customize.php returns blank as seen above. The blank space is supposed to show my actuall blog to edit and it also throws this error:

Now I've tried completely reinstalling the directory and even setting permissions to 755 but I'm not sure if it's maybe outdated PHP or what it could be. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Please could you try disabling all your Google Chrome Extensions and see whether you get a different error message?

If you don't want to disable all your extensions, you can use Incognito Mode (CTRL+SHIFT+N) to launch a Chrome window with all extensions temporarily disabled.

Okay so I did that and the chrome extension error went away and gave me this error instead:

I refreshed the page again, and the error changed ever so slightly to this:

And I have tried moving from chrome and using internet explorer and firefox and neither of those seem to work either.

I'm not sure what happened now but I have a 500 Internal server error on both my main site and the blog and I can't access either of them

Nevermind I fixed the 500 internal server error but the customize screen still doesn't work

So I have a HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable when trying to customize my wordpress via customize.php
I have read online for some people the wordpress needs to be run in https:// but I don't have an SSL certificate so I'm not sure if its that causing a problem or what is. The blog is accessible by going to blog.ericturner.tk but the customize.php can't ever seem to retrieve it.

I'm loading your site fine there seems to be no errors the site takes a few to load

Hi Eric,

I created a test WordPress installation on my xo4 account, with the "Highwind" theme activated, and the Customise page appears to be loading fine. Could a WordPress plugin be interfering with this, perhaps?

Hi Eric,

I searched the error log for your IP address and found quite a few being triggered by your .htaccess file, specifically with the ErrorDocument directive you're using. I'd see about disabling your .htaccess file temporarily along with checking your other plugins as Dead-i already mentioned.
