You don't have permission to access /wp-login.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I guess its a temporary server glitch, as being discussed in the other thread and will be resolved soon...
you can try changing the file permissions
