Wordpress error

I am trying to install wordpress. When I navigate to my blog directory I get this


Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/jjwinter/public_html/blog/wp-config.php:2) in /home/jjwinter/public_html/blog/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 689

When I try and install wordpress I receive a error message saying that my site sends a incorrect message with a ERROR CODE OF -12263

Ver 2 has not been installed on my profile yet but has been approved. Is this required for my site?

Go to cpanel>>error logs.
Is there any relevant data there?
