Problems with creating a database connection
This indicates that the username and / or password in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can not connect to the server at localhost. This may be because your database server is down.
* Are you sure that you have the correct username and password?
* Are you sure you entered the correct address to the database server?
* Are you sure that the database server is online?
Not sure what these terms mean you should maybe contact your web host. Still need help so you can visit WP-Support Forum Sweden.
Okay, what should I do? I have done everything but it does not work. Have tried nearly 30 times now. I installed a WordPress blog before when it went splendidly. But now, it just does not. Is the database server is down? I'm glad for the help ..
