Wordpress installation from Fantastico Deluxe not working

Fantastico install finishes successfully but both http://timpa.x10.mx/test/wp-admin/ and http://timpa.x10.mx/test/ tell me that there is a database connection error, how can I solve this

P.S.: I tried a manual install but the result was the same
