WordPress? Is it worth it?

I've been thinking long and hard about just scrapping in the HTML and going for WordPress. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'd like to know once and for all if it's worth using for a webpage.

WordPress is a great script for blogs, if you still don't know wether you should use or not try to use a much more simple blog script like Snews.

I use wordpress for all of my blogs and I think it is very good. It is definitely worth it in my opinion. It has a very nice dashboard that is easy to use. Also wordpress is easy to install.

I think that wordpress is great for blogs. It is however very picky,

For some reason it doesnt like to agree with me,

I dont use it as i dont need it anymore but give it a shot

Wordpress is really kool. I got initiated in blogging as Wordpress is so easy to install and use.

Its three minute installation is really super.

Also there are so many free plugins available that you can do anything with this.

Most of hosting site provide this by default.

On top of all it is free.
