Wordpress Loading Issues

Hi,
My blog has serious loading issues, it is so slow and I can't figure out what I have done to bog it down, there are very little in the way of articles on it, all my uploaded files are of a reasonable size (nothing to crazy). So I was wondering if you guys could see anyhting at the server end, as I am not receiving any errors at the moment, and all servers are up and running (at time of print).

I see the load issue but it is not throwing any errors server side either. Do you know if it is trying to get data from another site, maybe an RSS feed? If there is a delay in a request for data it could pause the site from loading.

I don't think it is trying to access any other sites... I may end up blitzing the site and starting again from scratch...
