Wordpress PHP excute

I'm trying to set up a Wordpress type blog on my section of this filehost, how do I execute the PHP file that I need to?

well if you are going to use softalicious then everthing is self-explain. (found in cPanel)

if you are going to install it manually you will need to download it from wordpress. www.wordpress.com
and upload it to your desired directory. once that is done, type into your address bar the directory you uploaded it to, and you should be redirected to the insallation. if not, you might need to:
www.your.com/WP-directory/install
