Wordpress plugin and import permissions 403 forbidden

Good evening all.

I have built a wordpress site offline and am trying to import it into my newly configured x10hosting site. I managed to FTP my wordpress theme onto the site however when i try to install particular (some) plugins or import and previously exported file i receive the error 403.


I have tried changing all files to 777 via file manager in cPanel but still no joy. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated thankyou.

I have just tried on another site (under the same account) AR2. I am trying to import approx 260k of sample data





I have set the permissions to all files to 777 (wrong of me i know) although the file i do not have permission to is AR2/wp-admin.php
