Wordpress site "Error establishing a database connection"

Hello,

I just tried to go to my website, and it gave me a database connection error. You can look at it here: http://jamesmontour.x10.bz/

There were no problems with the site yesterday, and so on. I can log into cPanel just fine, though. If it helps, I am on the 'boru' server.

Edit:
One thing that I noticed, it shows that there are no MySQL databases on my account, when there used to be one. Could that be the problem?

Edit:
It also will not let me create new MySQL databases.

Your site loads fine for me. There are several entries displayed on your homepage. It may have been a temporary MySQL outage.
Try clearing your cache, flushing your DNS, restarting your browser and try loading it again.
