I would like to ask your assistance as others have done.
We are experiencing issues with our wordpress website - http://www.higna.org.uk/ hosted on x10hosting free hosting.
We have updated to Wordpress version 4.2.2
When we try to edit an existing or create a new page upon pressing update to submit the page or upon attempting to preview changes we are returned to this page :-
After searching through various support forums and trying various changes I am keen to try the php mod2 solution, but require x10hosting's admins to help.
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/page-wont-update-page-not-found-after-clicking-update and https://x10hosting.com/community/threads/wordpress-wp-admin-post-php-problem.196543/ indicates this is a change only you folks can make to our website.
So I would be grateful for your assistance. Do I need to contact you or is a forum post like this sufficient when we are on a free hosting account?
