Wow...only 15%
That is such a rip off.
Any pro coder can easily get paid full and a hell of a lot more at many places being a freelancer these days...

I already make $7.50/hr + BIG Monthly bonuses and about to be hired at a place offering $9.00/hr with free DVR satellite + BIG monthly bonuses and all I do is get on the computer and take calls at home. God, I love customer service jobs. xP

but then the single person needs to do the whole stuff but here we divide the work load into several people and if someone works with us they will get a lot more clients than they would if they would work alone.

if someone works with us they will get a lot more clients than they would if they would work alone.
Let me point this out to you:
1) Freelancers work alone. You might want to look up the definition.
2) Freelancers get paid for doing requested jobs, not completed work no one requested.
3) Freelancers don't work under commission. They get paid in full for what was requested.
4) "They" don't get more clients. You do. "They" just earn the commission.
5) Even thought they get more clients, it does not mean they would earn more. It would take more than 5 purchases to equal 1 purchase by a single freelancer.
6) "Pro" freelancers (you are requesting pro designers/coders) out there already make $100s by doing requests as well as earn themselves experience by doing all the work.
7) All content on websites like yours are hard to sell for the fact that most people dont want to pay for content that many others can easily use as well. Its called not being unique. So, commission pay is rare. Unless its sold as open source or easily modified to become unique.

I don't mean to rain down on your party, but your expectations are a bit too high and from the looks of it, you don't have any designers/coders to assist you yet since 15% commission is 5 people + 5% left over (most likely for you).

Do you even own Digital Inpirations?
If this site was yours, I'm sure there would be a blog post there requesting staff.
