Wrong Disk Usage Reading

Hi there. My disk space usage is showing the wrong reading. I had try uploading a PDF file that was about 30 MB in size for a client to review for approval but during the upload process it hung at about 70%. I guess there's a file size limit in place? I deleted the folder that I originally tried to upload the file to thinking that would correct the problem but the disk usage is still wrong. What can be causing the wrong reading?

Well, how long did you do all of this, and is it still reporting the wrong disk space usage? Sometimes the disk space usage meter in cPanel can take some time to update, but it usually takes no more than a half an hour.

I know I should've reported it when it happened but I thought it may have fixed by now. But it happened around the very end of December '07/beginning of January '08. And yeah it's still reporting the wrong disk space usage.

Ah, so around the time the server maintenance all started up... that might explain something, and yet again, it may not.

So will it ever show the correct disk usage again?
