Wrong username/password. Access denied

Hi there:

Could you please help me with this?

I want to run my home page (Home.php) but I get this message: "Access denied for user 'os242_os242'@'localhost' to database 'aipdc'", I have created my site with dream weaver and uploaded it and so on with the DB; I have set up the same users in the server DB than in my testing server but when I click on exit in phpMyAdmin it says: "Wrong username/password. Access denied"; the phpMyAdmin says "no priviledges" and I do not know how to change that.

Did you create a database, username, and password, then assign the user permissions to the database?
