Guys, what going on here? Yes I'm back at that Cpanel issue again. Now not wanting to waste too much time here, but why the **** have my latest thread been close without a single word from admin in that thread?

Now I done my part, and that was to complain to the IT dept at school, and you know what? They said that it you guys that got the issue. To make it worse, you are telling me that it the school's network, and yep everything was working fine before all this upgrade.

I even tried to contact Cpanel support, but I can't because I don't own the software.

Now that all I got to say for now, but please don't take it on me when it not my fault, because I don't have any control over that network, and the whole time I been doing the right thing.

cPanel is running without problems on your server.

Are you on a school network? Is your IP not constant throughout the cPanel session?

That the main issue, my IP address change depending on the network load, as far as I know, I get at lease 2 different IP address. And yes, i'm on a school network.

Hello,

If your IP keeps on changing while you are logged in on a cPanel session, then naturally for security reasons, cPanel logs you out detecting the IP change. There is nothing that we can do about this, since this is a feature within cPanel and it is only for the best.

Thank-you for the reply. While I do fully understand what you said, but what I don't get how can everything be working fine before the Cpanel upgrade. Would that be because that was security issue that was discovered in Cpanel and they fixed it? Regardless, I'm going to take it up with the IT dept (again) here at school and see what they say.
