I have what i think is an intresting little problem here. My website, Jacksonfencingclub.com works when you enter it as such. But when you use www.jacksonfencingclub.com it does not work. I am confused the two should always be the same. In my filemanager the Public file and the www file are identical. Any input whould be much appreciated.

No, they dont have to be the same, but usually are. Go into cPanel and create a "Sub domain" for "www" once this is done, it'll work correctly.

Then why is it that when I try and add a subdomain, I get this message error?

Sorry, you subdomain name must not be 'www'. www is always an alias for the root domain.

Just wondering as I can't use my www. either.

You're right, sorry. An admin needs to fix it then. I forgot the fact you can't add your own www alias.

There was an issue with your parked domain configuration. It has been fixed.
You'll need to re-add your subdomains.

For the others, if you've a similar issue, you have to create your own thread to get support.
