www isn't working

Cinalda.com works fine, but www.cinalda.com doesn't work at all.

In the DNS editor everything is set to default. www.cinalda.com is CNAME pointing to cinalda.com. What's wrong?

Both load the x10hosting default Welcome index.html page for me. Try clearing your browser cache and history before checking again.
