I have the following message when I type holeepassion.com on the web browser:

Great Success !
Apache is working on your cPanel® and WHM™ Server

Now, when I type my website with www.holeepassion.com, it works ...

How do I get the holeepassion.com working without users needing to type www. ??? is this possible ?

When I type a website, I tend to ignore the www. at the front ???

Do I need to do anything to achieve this ???

Thank you

Best regards

If i use www. my website wont load, it wont find the page. Check its not in ur net cache, since I don't think www. is suppose to work.

Also, to get to mine I just type icash.elementfx.com and it works great.

Maybe try http://

Also clear ur cache and web history, it could be some stored pages displaying.

Check whether you have a link to your public_html directory with name "www". If it's there, your site should work with/without www.

Your domain was not configured correctly.
I assume that when you first changed your main domain, you did it putting the "www."
It should be fixed now. You may need to clear your cache, and flush your DNS.

I have this same problem, so how would I fix it?

The post above said make a link to my public_html. What would I do this with, because I have stored all of my data inside public_html.

Would it be easier just to take it out of it and put it straight into the root directory?

Your site is a subdomain, you don't need it to work with 'www'. However, it still should. That means that you should have your domain (icash.elementfx.com) linked to the public_html directory, where your public web files are stored. You can't put everything in the root directory, as it's an internal directory not accessible externally from port 80.
