www problem with domain

I set up my parked domain and nameservers correctly:

www.mydomain.com loads mysite.x10hosting.com wiht no problems

However, mydomain.com (without www.) loads http://x10hosting.com/?r=absolut_htdocs instead.

How can I make sure that this variant loads my x10 pages?

an admin needs to go into the domain control panel and check the A record for the domain to ensure it's pointed correctly. There is nothing you can do.

Could an admin please set my records so that my parked domain points to my site both with and without "www." ?

Also I sometimes get 502 Bad Gateway errors, but refreshing solves the problem...anyone know why this happens?
