Hi,

I'm not sure when this started, probably after the server upgrade the otherday, now i have to always include the "www" in front of my domain name to access my site. Without it it won't resolve properly. Did I miss some configuration? I can't seems to find that setting in cPanel to fix it.

Please help.

Thanks

A couple of users have been having this problem.

I'm kind of flying blind here, but look in cPanels file manager to see if the contents of public_html and www are the same. 'www' should be a symbolic link to public_html. I'm guessing the symlink has been broken somehow.

If someone more knowledgeable oin this issue wants to step in, feel free.
