www.websitename.ca is working websitename.ca error

My website works if I put the www before it. If there no www., I get an following error message (previous holster):

This Account has been suspended.
Contact your hosting provider for more information.

This message was from my previous host. I've already switched over to the new x10 hosting.

How come I can still see visiting my website by visiting: www.website.ca. But no website.ca

Help. How to fix it??

At your domain provider's (registrar's) Web site - change DNS [NS] record to the ones for x10hosting
you need to be sure both (2) are entered - and only these two (2)

x10hosting's free-hosting DNS [ NS ] records
[ ns1.x10hosting.com. ]
[ ns2.x10hosting.com. ]

Next...
decide which way you are going to use the domain as a [ Parked (same as 'Aliases')] or [ add-on ] domain
setup the domain as one or the other type

for help on how-to do it

If you set it as a "Parked" (same as 'Aliases') domain - it can use your 'account's' site files
If you set it as a "Add-on" domain - it can use its own site files (e.g. HTML) in its own folder

note: just adding an DNS [ A ] record will not work
