X05 cPanel and email down

seems like both email and cPanel are down for x05, is this related to the migration?

I suppose so I was running on x7 and the panel and email along with SQL went down for a few days. SQL was back immediately but the new panel and email services took a while

yes x05 is still waiting for migration to DirectAdmin.
I am on x05 and have been waiting since dec 13th
when cpanel was dropped.

no ones giving any information on how long either.

Email and panel still seems to be down, any chance we can get an update from Staff member?

my main issue is I can’t get get access to emails even via smtp.. anyone got a workaround?

I would also like to know these questions. I emailed support but have gotten no response except "Some services may not be working during this transfer and most users will find that service is restored within 24-48 hours." That was two weeks ago!

just saying, i noticed in Corey's post,
they figured it would take about a week for the migrations.
(that was almost 2 weeks ago) and no follow up yet either.
