x10 accounts MySql Server Problem

I need a help.
I have encountered a problem related to my x10hosting free accounts Database. I have joomla installed in it. and found an error saying Cannot connect to MySql.
This will be fixed after i refresh my browser in few minutes . I cannot find the problem..\

Can anyone give me a help??

Probably temporary server load causing that considering it appears to come back after a few minutes.
