X10 chatroom or shoutbox

As x10 has grown into a significantly large community I believe a shoutbox will cutoff unnecessary posts and spam.

yea theres a IRC room but i have no clue how to use the program a shout box does sound good for people that dont know how to use IRC clients. but Auvee made a point which was that i would clutter the place
