x10 DNS Servers & .fr domain

I seem to have a problem when pointing my .fr domain to the DNS servers for x10 hosting i.e. ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.

The company i registered the domain with replied to my issue saying the problem was...

Server doesn't listen/answer on port 53 for TCP protocol

* Ref: IETF RFC1035 (p.32 4.2. Transport)

Does x10 hosting support .fr domain names or if so, what can i do to solve this problem.

Hi,

Have you added the domain under "Add-On Domains" on your cPanel? That may be why it's not working for you. Otherwise, it'll be a problem with the domain itself and you'll have to check with your registrar.
