x10 Halo Dedicated Server?

Hey guys, I had come up with the idea about x10Hosting starting up a dedicated Halo server for the PC and wanted to know what you guys think about it. I am myself a frequent Halo player on the PC, and I thought it'd be a great idea to see an x10 server up on the server list, and plus it'd be a way for the FPS/Halo fans here to all get together and shoot each other up :biggrin:. What do you guys think?

Also, if we were to ever get a server going from Corey, we should run two servers, one running a heavy weapons game, and another one running a classic game, where in the heavy weapons one, there is no such thing as team killing or banning because of team killing, and for the normal one, no such thing as getting banned because of team killing. There aren't many servers out there that will allow you to team kill and not get banned.

Also, if this idea is REALLY popular, I do have the bandwidth here on my DSL line where I can host 1-2 16 player games, lag free dedicated games for x10 to see if this will be worth Corey setting up a server for us.

I would doubt it as x10Gaming has been closed for the time being.

Oh, ok. Why is x10Gaming closed anyways? Just wondering as I didn't hear anything about it.

No idea, but I think it should start back up. On topic, if x10 did get a gaming server, I would go with COD4 As is probably has more users.

I would play halo but I only have halo CE version 6 and I'm not going to update so it would have to be on there and I think it would do good too because there aren't very many lag free servers on version 6 and the one's that don't have lag are always full so it's a thought.
