x10 moving wrong

am starting this thread because recently am watching some change in staff (mainly account managers).in past any thread will be answered atl;east attempt with in 3-4 hrs of posting and start sopme query reagarding account suspensions or upgrades but now there are a lot of threads keeping unanswered in client support now...

and put keywords like , supended,upgrade,downgrade,changes,Cpanel

in search options select "Atomost :0"
in search forums select "Slient Support"

see the results yourself....,

i don't know whether all this is due to that "auto timer suspension" or due to some other but clients(we) are unsatisfy with this ....try to understand and take a U turn as quick as possible.

Suggestions::
please send a (preferrably)email/PM while suspending and making any global anouncements.
hope if you make a global announcement in Pm no need to send emails again.that would be a good choice.

Ok, first of all all upgrades, downgrades and changes are being quickly attended.
Edit: Also your Account is unsuspended.

I agree with him. Things around here definitely have changed. It's nothing like it used to be back in June/July, when I was more active on the forums. It's not all because of the large number of "support" threads, just, it's like there are too many moderators now, and not all of them are doing "their job" to the best of their abilities. I'm not sure how else to word it, but I definitely have been noticing it the last few weeks.

I most agree with the to memebers tings seem to be slower.Maybe thats because their are a lot more membesr than early in the year.

From what i can see here, my Opinion:
1. Most user not realize this is FREE HOSTING.... FREE Service.
2. i don't know if am i right or not, X10hosting is non profit service, so no one from the staff get enough paid to do all job, But they do their best to serve the user and to make the user comfort in their profesional way.
3. No offense, but sometimes the user never come to forum, until they got a trouble. Lot of problem which posting in here because they not notice the admin annoucement and the TOS.
4. I thought better than we complaining and debating this thing why not we start help the other user, so they get satisfy with this service. If the staff cannt do it why dont we try to do it.

you also goto know that all the people that are "working" here like the staff and stuff are all also working for free (maybe they get a few benefits) but they are giving up their time to help you guys, so they cant sit here all day on there computers checking to see if YOU need that upgrade this very second. and another thing is they are getting more staff to help with these problems

Thanks darkd45, I'm glad someone understands.

Ok, I think we've taken care of all suspension threads, I'm personally helping people by PMs or Live Help, so sorry if we took too much time to unsuspend your accounts. So please remember to check cPanel constantly next time OK?
