We've just finished copying over the v3 files. I expect there will be some small bugs or problems since we didn't get to test it as much as we wanted. Please post here any bugs or things you find that should be fixed. Also if you see something that you think SHOULD be there please let us know.

If you enter a non existent username when trying to link your cPanel it says to check the mail instead of saying that the username doesn't exist...

The user "InfoSys" posted in the Spanish forum that he couldn't link his cPanel account, he never received the mail to confirm.
He is in the Sustained server and his cPanel user is: "mindokan"

To link your account you need to login to http://www.x10hosting.com first. Then you can link your account from the website.

I logged in with my forum name, and it told me to link. So, I entered my cPanel name, and then it told me to look for an email. Nothing in my inbox. I even went back and reentered, still nothing, after about 10 min.

The account specified is missing it's contact email address, this could be caused by one of two things: Either the account does not have a contact email address set, or our backend system has not updated yet. Updates to the backend occur every few hours.

Please try again in a few minutes.

I check my contact detail n my email still there. any solution ?

Dizzy.

There is an error if you do it from the forums.x10hosting.com

You must go to the new and cool www.x10hosting.com and at the left bottom you will see the login.

Do it and It will say that you must put the cpanel name.. and then trought there the email is recieved correctly..

I did it from the new x10hosting.com. I logged in using the box in the left column on the front page, got redirected, and then was put at the link page.

i linked it and just about as soon as i clicked submit Gmail gave me a received mail message so its working fine for me .

but one thing that probably should be changed is the order of the years in the birth date selector should be reversed...

other then that rely nice work account changes take effect immediately i switched down to the static plan because at the moment my site isn't using much.


Also there is one error in validation look here but the good news is its only one small error.

I've tried twice more on the new x10Hosting. Still doesn't work.

Both my cPanel contact address and my forum account's email share my GMail address.

My cPanel name is zacwal.

Dizzy,

Try again now, when you change your Email in cPanel it does not update right away. I just ran our sync script and I know it is updated now.

Well Congratulations on all the hard work you have put in. The new style is amazing and the Live Help feature works really well.

I have not fount any bugs so far. I believe that the testimonials page is coming soon, but other than that I think you have done an amazing job and you all deserve a well earned rest!
