I recently encountered an error while trying to access my account, and I was informed that it has been suspended due to a multiple accounts issue (Error Code: EAE9F9582D3EE72B2).
I understand that x10Hosting has a strict one-account-per-person policy. If I have unknowingly violated this rule, I sincerely apologize. I kindly request a review of my case and, if possible, the reinstatement of my account.
