X10hosting "Bank & lottery" Issues

Bank:
I cant Enter Bank Are no more its tells me "You are not allowed to purchase this item."
- So how can i add money and take money if i can't enter bank i have some what 100+ im my bank account and can't spend it ..

Lottery:
There are no lottery numbers / Tickets for me to buy when dose it renew ....i thought it was daily... error i recive: "The lottery you are trying to purchase a ticket for does not exist, or is already over"

I haven't touched the Bank nor bought anything in VB Store so i don't get VB Store ... i knpw IPB Shop nut never touched VB any help or is my bank account locked?

bank has been down.. for a LONG while too..

They turned off the bank because there was a bug i nthere that let people get money. They will put it up back soon. They notified the members about 4 weeks before they were gonna close it. The lottery is every day or weekly I am guessing you are trying to use your bank points?
