Per your directive* of 17 Feb 2026 I was able to log into the Control Panel and the DirectAdmin Panel.

Now I am unable to log into the Control Panel, with the usual "These credentials do not match our records." response.
Note that x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login panel DOES work at this time, and I'm able to access my intellectual property.
Will this inability to access the Control Panel eventually result in freezing / deleting one's account per your TOS should this issue persist for more than 30 days?
This issue appears to be an ongoing problem, I do hope it's resolved sooner rather than later.
