You have a vBulletin install in public_html/salafiaquran/vb/ which is missing a license #. Provide it so we can verify this vBulletin install is legit.

Of course if you don't -have- a license # or it's not legit, you will remain suspended, the only difference being that it will be a permanent suspension for copyright infringement/use of unlicensed software. vBulletin isn't free.
