I know that and we do have an irc channel, but they said it wasnt successfull and I was thinking I would add a group on my list names x10hosting members so when and if i need anything i can easily get to them.

You do know that there is a forum feature for getting people's screen names, right? If they have provided it in their profile, you can just click the

under their name.
