Unfortunately we're not able to bypass the country block; the best we can advise is to check back periodically to see if the restrictions have been lifted. Alternatively, the Premium and VPS services don't have a restriction on country, save for the few cases where it's against US law (mostly involving sanctions on a handful of other countries).
