Our fortnightly newsletter is back with a new template and new action-packed content.
But the newsletter has only ever been news, updates and contests.
How boring!

So we want to know what you think we should include!
Please vote in the poll above and the option with the most votes will be included in future newsletters.

Option 1: Tutorials
Would you like to know how to get ranked highly on google?
How to connect to MySQL from PHP?
If you would like the newsletter to answer questions like these, vote for this option.

Option 2: Staff Interviews
Would you like to know a bit more about the various staff at x10?
Want to know who Corey really is? ;)

Option 3: Site of the fornight
Nominations will be accepted for the best user site, should this option be voted for.

Option 4: Hot Forum Topics
What is everyone talking about on the forums?
Which topic is most posted in?

Option 5: vbCommerce Top Shops
Want to know what the most popular shop is on x10?
What are forum users selling for credits?

Option 6: More Contests
The fortnightly contest will remain anyway, but do you want more?

Post other ideas and questions below.

You confuse me with your fancy terminology. Had to google what a fortnight was. lol

I've heard it before, just never understood what it was (I'm lazy)

Yeah. It's there. I voted. But I still like them all.

The greedy part of me says more contests. ;)

I would like to see tutorials but not in the newsletter - I think it should just contain important info related to the service you provide. IMO, anyway.

I say any of the above, but the poll needs a minor adjustment: right now it only lets you select one. What if someone wants to say they like 3 of them? :)

more contests for the same reason as a few above (greedy). i would also like to see what the users think is the best site of the fortnight (whatever that is, and i'm NOT gonna google it)...

Contests are always attractive. I think that would peak a lot of interest for a newslatter.

I voted: Site of the Fortnight

I chose that for two reasons. Firstly It'd be fun to see what other cool and good sites are hosted here. Secondly, it'd be a good way for website promotion within the community, as long as it won't be the same few sites to vote for every time.

I have just one doubt about that, who would nominate the sites we'll get as options to vote for? One fair scenario could be 5 sites are randomly drawn by staff from the pool of hosted sites (should be on record somewhere I'm sure)

Fortnight is an older term meaning 14 days (2 weeks); Site of the Fortnight certainly sounds better than Site of the Two Weeks or Site of the 14 Days though :)

Tutorials! Yippee!! Love it.

Also voting for site of the month would certainly spurr more members to work on their sites.
Can we restrict the sites to only sites hosted at x10hosting?

I believe that would fall under Site of the fortnight. ;)

I just think newsletters should get back on a regular schedule. :)

Tutorials would really be fun for me. I need to learn new stuff for my website ;) Other options are good too.
