x10Premium hosting review

Hi All,
I like the x10hosting free hosting and I think I am ready to try out their premium services. Has anyone tried it out. I would really like to hear honest confessing about it. The reason is because when I was using the free hosting there were times when the site was down due to maintenance. Please advise.
