x11 server is down

As of March 27, 2024 6:39AM (UTC +8), the x11 server is down. My website there, the control panel (Direct Admin) is down.

Additional:
1.) I receive the error "Error Connection Timeout" in Google Chrome.
2.) Uptime check website says "TCP Connection Failed"

Update: The server is up again at approximately 7AM onwards.
By the way, the server is just down before 7AM but now it is up again.
