Users on x13 may be experiencing issues when trying to access the hosting control panel. The following alert is also displayed when you log into your account panel:

In your account panel, if your page looks like this:
When your service was created, a password of your choosing was specified with it. It may or may not be the same password you choseuse to log into your account panel. In the event it is not the same, and you do not recall what you set the password to be, you can follow these steps to change it. If your current page does not look like the picture below, you may need to click the green button of your service name.
Click the change password button there, and enter a new password and confirm the password.
NOTE: The password you set from here, only impacts your direct login credentials on the server (https://x13.x10hosting.com:2222/evo/login)
