x15 giving 404 errors on all public_html files for past day, there are comments on this in the discord.

This was going on regularly for a year, intermittent 404 errors as if the files are not available to the
relevant www server (apache2 or whatever). For years before there was never this problem. Can we
get a more permanent fix of the problem? It seems to be a chronic issue and something worth
fixing. I would love to hear an explanation of what is going on. Thanks!
