Second ... Take a moment and use the search feature and check for threads that deal with new account activations.

Since you probably want the answer now ... New accounts are being manually created by the administration. It can take up to 15 days to get your account e-mail.

Please do not keep trying to make new accounts, it will only hinder the process and cause the admin to not know which account to create for you.
