They are program what allow you to play console system link games over the internet for free.
They support support all the main console( xbox, xbox360, ps2, ps3, psp, and game cube).

it's a good free way to play games online.

Xbox 360 has a 30ms ping limit so it makes it hard to play 360 with people unless they live close but i think people are working on a way to get round this.

I mostly play halo 2 on Kai.

i havn't heard of XBC but i have used xlink kai before which i think is a briliant idea and runs quiet well... The only problem with it is it's like the best of the best on there.
LOL reminds me of the first game i played on there. Halo 2, 1v1, i got killed 12 times before is saw the guy..! On the 13th kill i saw him and on the 24th i killed him by throwing a sticky at the roof, bounced and hit him on the head. Final score 25 - 1 and im not too bad at the game lol
