This is a little program I made the other day purely out of boredom. It's just a simple utility I made to change the startup sound for Windows XP (possible through control panel, but this pages it easier). This program just replaces a sound file in the C:\WINDOWS\Media directory and doesn't modify or open the registry at all.

Also, please note that it will only work with Windows XP. Using it on other versions of Windows will not harm your computer, but also will not work correctly. This program cannot be run anything without DirectX 8 or newer, so now Macs or other OS's. It has been suggested that I make this utility capable of changing all of the system sounds but 1) I want to keep this program simple, and 2) I'm lazy.
