Your site is loading quickly for me at this time. If speed is a must for you then I'd recommend an upgrade to premium. There are significantly fewer accounts per server on premium, resulting in more resources per account and therefore a greater speed. There's also a 99.9% uptime SLA.
Due to the nature of free hosting, there's very little that can be done.
