There is zero tolerance for this violation of TOS, which means that it doesn't matter if it's an accident or not. Your account is permanently suspended, and access to the account for any reason is forbidden.

Signing up again immediately violates the TOS as well, because then you'll have two hosting accounts and you are only allowed one. You'll have to wait until your current suspended account is terminated from the system.
